Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Plain and honest: here's exactly what the setup fee covers, when it can be refunded, and how to ask for one.

The short version

The one-time setup fee you pay us is non-refundable once your invite/activation link has been delivered— because the link is sent to you immediately and is a digital good. The one exception: if LinkedIn tells you that you're not eligiblefor this promotional offer, you can request a refund by sending us a screenshot of LinkedIn's message.

What you're paying for

The setup fee is a one-time promotional setup fee paid to us. It is the only fixed amount we charge. As soon as your payment clears, we generate and deliver your invite/activation link — by email and on the confirmation page — right away.

Your LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription is separate. After you activate, LinkedIn bills you directly each month at 75% off their regular rate (you pay just 25%; your exact rate depends on your region). We never charge that subscription — LinkedIn does.

Why the setup fee is non-refundable after delivery

The invite/activation link is a digital good that is delivered to you immediately. Once it has been delivered, the work the setup fee pays for is done and the link is in your hands — so the fee can't be refunded after that point. You confirm you understand this with a checkbox at checkout before you pay.

The one exception — LinkedIn says you're not eligible

If LinkedIn explicitly tells you that you are not eligible for this promotional offer, you can request a refund of the setup fee. To do that, submit the refund request form and attach a screenshot of LinkedIn's ineligibility message. The screenshot is required — it's how we confirm the exception applies.

We review each request. If it's valid, we'll initiate the refund of your setup fee. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

LinkedIn billing is handled by LinkedIn

Anything to do with your LinkedIn subscription — monthly charges, billing questions, cancellations, or refunds of LinkedIn's own fees — is handled by LinkedIn, not us. We can only refund the one-time setup fee you paid us, and only in the case described above.

How to request a refund

  1. Get a screenshot of LinkedIn's message saying you're not eligible for the offer.
  2. Open the refund request form.
  3. Enter the email you used at purchase, your order ID or purchase date, a short reason, and upload the screenshot.
  4. We review it and, if valid, initiate your refund.
